If you have a signed agreement with AppNavi, your use is governed by the terms contained therein.

If you purchase or renew a subscription through the execution of an order with AppNavi, or have indicated your acceptance of online terms and conditions, your use is governed by the End User License Agreement.

If you purchase or renew a subscription through the execution of an order with one of our partners or resellers, your use is governed by your agreement with the partner or reseller, and as applicable, your signed agreement with us or our End User License Agreement.
